Helen Foan is the firm's Operations Manager, responsible for leading firm-wide projects, developing internal systems and ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.
She brings extensive experience from roles in project management, account management, systems implementation and operational leadership across multiple sectors.
Helen's work focuses on strengthening the firm's core infrastructure—improving workflows, refining processes and ensuring teams have the clarity, tools and support they need to deliver a consistently high-quality service to clients. She plays a key role in creating stability, promoting best practice and driving continuous improvement across the business.
As a founding member of the management team, Helen has been with the firm since its inception and continues to help shape its development, culture and long-term operational strategy.
Outside of work, Helen loves spending time with her family and exploring new places in her campervan.
