What cookies we use on this website, what they do, and how you can control them.
This policy explains how New South Law Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on www.newsouthlaw.co.uk. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
A cookie is a small text file placed onto your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognise your device, remember your preferences between visits, and understand how the site is being used. Similar technologies, such as content embedded from other websites, can also store or read information on your device.
We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the website to work and cannot be switched off. Others, such as analytics cookies, are only set once you have told us you are happy for us to do so.
The first time you visit the site, a banner at the foot of the page asks you to choose:
Your choice is stored in a cookie on your own device for twelve months, so the banner does not reappear on every page or visit. You can change your mind at any time by deleting the cookies for this site in your browser settings. The banner will then appear again on your next visit.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as our contact form, from working properly.
These cookies are required for the site to function and are set regardless of your choice. They do not track you across other websites.
