Gareth Roberts is a Director focussed on building partnerships with professional practices to assist in the recovery of retail client investments lost through the inappropriate actions of their advisers or providers.
With over 30 years of experience in the regulated financial services markets and over 25 years as a Director of Pension Trustee Companies a role he continues today with the continued responsibility for over a thousand schemes. Acting impartially and prudently to protect the financial interests of scheme beneficiaries.
Gareth's clients are predominately Regulated Pension Operators, other specialist professionals in the Regulated markets, Solicitors and Insolvency Practitioners trying to find solutions to protect retail and vulnerable consumers.
Gareth has held Executive responsibility for, Corporate Governance, Compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and counter-terrorist financing. In addition to his role as a Director Gareth continues as a member of the Secretariat for the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services.
In addition to being a Presiding Magistrate (JP) Gareth acts as a mentor to those in the Foster Care system.
