He grew up in a family deeply rooted in the law; his father owned and operated his own criminal law firm and was a highly respected criminal solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience. Being raised in that environment instilled in Ben an early appreciation for the justice system and the fundamental importance of representing individuals when no one else will or can. That ethos continues to drive his leadership and his vision for accessible, high-quality legal services today.
An entrepreneur at heart, Ben owns and operates several businesses across the legal, technology, and recruitment sectors. His ventures span legal tech, specialist recruitment, and professional services, reflecting his dedication to modernising the legal landscape and building organisations that blend innovation with real-world impact.
Ben began his career in financial services with American Express, working as a Commercial Underwriter and High Value Business Analyst. This early experience honed his analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and client-centric mindset—strengths that continue to shape his approach to leadership within the legal sector.
